Invite teammates to give them access to workspace files, media, and AI-powered tools.

Inviting team members

Generate a link from workspace settings and share it through email, chat, or internal communication tools. Link options include:
  • Optional expiration dates
  • Optional approval before access is granted
  • Default permission level for new members
This method works well for quick collaboration or temporary access.

Direct Email Invitations

Invite users directly by email for more controlled access:

Open workspace settings

Navigate to workspace settings

Select Invite members

Click on “Invite members” option

Enter email addresses

Add the email addresses of users you want to invite

Assign permission level

Set the appropriate permission level for each invitee

Send invitation

Send the invitation to complete the process
Each invitee receives an email with instructions to join the workspace.

Managing Invitations

Manage invitations from the workspace settings panel:
  • View pending invitations
  • Resend expired or missed invites
  • Cancel invitations before they’re accepted
  • Remove members who no longer need access
Changes take effect immediately and apply across the entire workspace.
