When you select files in a workspace, they become the context for your request. AI operates only on selected files, not your entire workspace or general knowledge. AI can:
  • Summarize documents and media
  • Extract structured information
  • Generate captions and descriptions
  • Analyze multiple files at once

Workspace Context

AI understands the workspace as a shared knowledge base. All team members can use AI on files they have access to, and AI responses are scoped to workspace content. Permissions determine what files you can use with AI. See Permissions & Roles for details.
